What we collect
Your email address, when you subscribe. If you tap a broker button in the welcome email, we also store the broker you pick. The signup form runs an invisible bot check that stores nothing about you.
How it is used
To send you the weekly 99 Shares issue and a one-time welcome email. Your address and broker choice are stored with beehiiv, our newsletter platform, and pass only through the services that deliver our emails. They are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog) to count visits and see which pages are read. Our emails contain a small image that tells us whether an email was opened; link clicks are not tracked. No advertising trackers, no data brokers.
Leaving
Every email includes a way out: use the unsubscribe option or simply reply “unsubscribe” and you are removed. To have your address deleted entirely, reply to any of our emails and ask.
The obvious
Nothing on this site or in our emails is investment advice. Facts, math and mechanics from public filings — the decisions stay yours. See the terms of use.
