What we collect
One thing: your email address, when you choose to join the waitlist. The signup form also runs an invisible bot check that stores nothing about you.
How it is used
To send you the weekly 99 Shares issue and a one-time welcome email. Your address is stored with beehiiv, our newsletter platform, and is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog) to count visits and see which pages are read. No advertising trackers, no data brokers.
Leaving
Every email includes a way out: use the unsubscribe option or simply reply “unsubscribe” and you are removed. To have your address deleted entirely, reply to any of our emails and ask.

Nothing on this site or in our emails is investment advice. Facts, math and mechanics from public filings — the decisions stay yours.
